Ask JAIK requires signing in with Google. From that we receive and store your name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID. We do not receive your Google password and have no access to anything else in your Google account.
What you type and what JAIK replies are stored and linked to your account. This is deliberate and it is the memory feature: it is how JAIK refers back to your situation in a later conversation. If you paste a screenshot, the image is sent for transcription and the resulting text is kept as part of the conversation. The image file itself is not stored.
Treat the chat as recorded. Do not paste other people's phone numbers, addresses, or anything you would not want retained.
A per-day counter of how many exchanges your account has used, so the free daily limit can be enforced. It holds a number, not the content.
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers. We store the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, the subscription status and its renewal date.
A copy of questions and answers is written to a separate log so the advice can be reviewed for accuracy. That log carries no account ID and no IP address — there is nothing in it to match a record back to you. It is deleted within 90 days.
Running this service means passing data to other companies. These are all of them.

International transfers. These providers operate outside your country and possibly outside your region's legal protections. In particular, DeepSeek is based in China, and the text of your conversations is sent there to produce replies. Screenshots routed through OpenRouter may be processed by model providers in the United States. If that is not acceptable to you, do not use the service.
Your data is not sold. It is not shared with advertisers, brokers, or anyone beyond the providers listed above.

If you are in the UK, EU or EEA, the GDPR gives you the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, receive a copy in a portable form, object to processing, and complain to your national data protection authority. Our legal basis is performing the service you asked for, and consent for the optional homepage analytics.
If you are in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know what is collected, to have it deleted, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for asking. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Exercise any of these by emailing jake@bxtchesaintshit.com. Expect a reply within 30 days. Deletion you can also do yourself, immediately, below.
Signed in to Ask JAIK, use Delete my account in the account row at the top of the page. It removes your account record, every conversation and message stored against it, and any older history staged against your email address. It takes effect straight away and signs you out.

Ask JAIK is for adults and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If a child's data has been submitted, email the address above and it will be removed.
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Sign-in sessions are signed cookies that expire after 30 days. No system is perfectly secure, and the honest position is that this is a small operation, not a bank — which is another reason the chat log holds no IP addresses and the review log expires.
If this page changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. Continuing to use the service after that means the revised terms apply.
